02Accepting these terms and eligibility
Creating an account, entering an event, or otherwise using the Service means you have read and accepted these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old; users under the age of majority need the consent of a parent or guardian as required by law.
If you use the Service for an organization, club, or federation, you must be authorized to bind it.
If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the Service.
03Your account and security
Provide accurate, current details and keep your password confidential.
One person should hold one account; duplicates may be merged or suspended to keep competition history accurate.
You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Sessions are stored in an HttpOnly cookie and revoked when you sign out.
04Organizer, team, and player roles
Organizers are responsible for the rules, schedule, officiating, and accuracy of results published in their events.
Team managers are responsible for the accuracy of their roster and the eligibility of their members.
Thachon provides the platform; it is not the organizer of or a party to the competitions unless clearly stated otherwise.
05Content and rights in competition records
You keep ownership of what you upload and grant Thachon the rights needed to host, copy, and display it to operate the Service and present public history.
Confirmed results become public records and can only be changed through the review process so statistics stay trustworthy.
Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or the privacy rights of others.
If content infringes your rights, contact hello@tarchon.gg with verifiable details.
06Prohibited use
Submitting false results, forging evidence, or deliberately losing for gain.
Creating fake accounts, teams, or applications, or impersonating another person or organization.
Harassment, threats, or publishing another person's private information without permission.
Automated data collection, penetration testing, or interfering with the Service without written permission.
07Reporting and disputing results
Participants can dispute an incorrect result from the match page of that event. The moderation queue reviews evidence from both sides before any change, and every change is written to the revision history.
08Fees
During development the Service is free and no payment details are collected.
If billing begins, we will give reasonable notice by email or in-product notice, and you can decide whether to continue.
09Thachon intellectual property
The Thachon name, logo, mascot, interface, and software belong to the operator. Do not copy or adapt them commercially without permission.
10Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, with a reason where possible and a chance to respond where appropriate.
You may close your account at any time; competition records involving other participants may remain for historical continuity.
11No warranty and limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is during development and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or losses caused by an organizer's decisions.
Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
12Indemnity
If your use causes a third-party claim, such as copyright infringement or publishing false information, you agree to cover the reasonable costs involved.
13Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Thai law. In a dispute, both sides should first negotiate in good faith; failing that, the matter goes to a court of competent jurisdiction in Thailand.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. Material changes are announced by email or in-product notice before they take effect, and the update date at the top always reflects the current version.
